Šta je potrebno da bi se preuzeo novac koji je poslat putem Western Union-a?
Uz važeći lični dokument (lična karta ili pasoš) potrebno je da znate sljedeće podatke: kontrolni broj transfera novca – MTCN, ime i prezime pošiljaoca, iznos koji je poslat i državu iz koje je novac poslat (kao i grad ukoliko je transakcija iz S.A.D. ili Meksika).
Ko primaocu novca saopštava kontrolni broj transfera novca - MTCN?
Pošiljalac neposredno nakon uplate dobija kontrolni broj transfera novca od službenika Agenta, koji je neophodno da dostavi primaocu jer je to obavezan podatak prilikom podizanja novca.
Kako možete biti sigurni da će novac stići u prave ruke?
Novac može da preuzme isključivo osoba na čije ime je novac poslat i samo toj osobi treba da se jave podaci sa obrasca nakon slanja novca. Pored toga, svaki transfer dobija svoj jedinstveni kontrolni broj – MTCN.
U kojoj valuti se vrši transfer novca putem Western Union-a u Crnoj Gori?
Transfer novca (uplate/isplate) u Crnoj Gori vrši se isključivo u eurima.
Da li maloljetna lica mogu vršiti Western Union transakcije?
